Chairman of Qualisteo

A graduate of EM Lyon, Pierre-Yves Lambert is also a representative of Emeraude Energy. A serial entrepreneur in the field of energy and green technologies, he began his career in renewable energies in 2007 and has since invested in several greentech companies.

He served as CEO of Qualisteo – where he was the first investor – from 2011 to 2013, before resuming the chairmanship in January 2017 following a change in management.

Today, Pierre-Yves Lambert is also CEO of TSE, a specialist in the development of photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects. TSE has established itself as one of the leading solar energy producers in France, actively contributing to the energy transition.

CEO of Qualisteo

A graduate of a Master's in International Law and Strategic Management from EDHEC Business School, Élodie Bondi committed to sustainable development as early as 2008. She began her career at a start-up co-founded by Senator Pierre Laffitte, founder of Sophia Antipolis, contributing to the development of solar thermal sensors for district heating networks.

In 2014, Élodie joined Qualisteo as CFO, supporting the company through its growth phases and managing the key stages following a venture capital fundraise.

In 2017, her career path and expertise led her to take the helm of Qualisteo as CEO. Elodie Bondi is also co-President of French Tech Côte d'Azur, a board member of the Capénergies Competitiveness Cluster, and was appointed Knight of the National Order of Merit by the Ministry of Energy Transition in June 2023.
