Thanks to the data collected, the teams became aware of significant waste, particularly when the factory was not in production.
They first revised their production shutdown procedures to minimise consumption in the evenings and at weekends.

Your questions about our fluid sub-metering solutions
The Lynx+ integrates a concentrator (gateway) that enables data collection from fluid meters installed on site. The connection is wireless or wired depending on the specific characteristics of the installations.
The Qualisteo team can handle the installation of fluid meters (water, gas, compressed air, fuel, process). To do this, technicians create a dedicated metering plan and specify the meters that need to be installed.
Once the fluid meters are validated, the data will be available either on the Wattseeker platform or on another platform.
Qualisteo's technologies are specifically designed to manage large industrial sites with complex networks. Each Lynx+ sub-meter can simultaneously handle several dozen sub-metering points. The most complex projects managed by Qualisteo include several hundred sub-metering points.
