No. The connected sub-meters and the energy management software are designed to be interoperable.
The sub-meters can be configured to send data to tools developed by the customer or our competitors.
The energy management software works with the main connectivity protocols used in industry. It can readily aggregate data collected by sub-meters supplied by our competitors.
Under the Classic plan (à la carte), costs will be split as follows in the balance sheet:
- As CAPEX, the price of the hardware and its installation
- As OPEX, the price of the licences
Under the ECO plan (performance-based), commissions will be recorded as OPEX.
Yes.
Under the Classic plan, subscriptions renew annually. You can request a cancellation that takes effect on the renewal date.
Under the ECO plan, you can cancel after 3 years.
In both cases, the exact cancellation terms are set out in the contract.
